I LOVE what you've do with this - it's come on a LONG way from the initial lifecast. :thumbsup

You might want to try Van Dykes - they do a very reasonable custom glass eye making service and will easily be able to make you dilated pupils.

I wanted to comment on this, but it's been difficult to make out exactly what you did. I must say that the skin around the eyes look much more natural now, but the picture seems to wash out too much detail.

This really has come a long way! It appears that you've lost all the skin texture/detail though... Was this all sanded down?

Personally, for the work your putting in, I'd mold it in fiberglass, 2 or 3 part, and make silicone busts with punched brows and lashes and glass eyes... You could just wig it as the hairline is covered by the hair do...
