My guess is that it is just a cost VS quality issue. In the pics it looks alright, but not "great" and for me, for that price, it needs to be better.
I know that is a general statement, and just my opinion, but since you asked, I thought I would reply.
It also raises a question to the board member sin general...Can we post links to our sales in the JY in other sections, I though that was against the rules?

cause there are better buckets with better lineage for under 100 unpainted, and the jango is an easy paintjob?
not to be blunt.
but you asked.
with all of the sarge helmets and MSH helmets floating around, a DP cast... just isnt bringing top dollar, all that aside its a great looking helmet with a great paintjob.
id say just Ebay it.
you might get more than your asking, but the RPF... right now... just isnt the best place to sell it.
