Janeway's "Dear Jane" PADD from the Episode "Hunters"

Hello all,
I built myself a small Voyager PADD, using Matt Munson's tutorial, a few years back. Being new at that time I tried to "improve" the design. I had a good idea but I did it all wrong so I ended up with a half decent looking prop which was way to thick. I have learned a lot since then and I am planning to build another one! (Actually, I have a few I built back then that need replacing, LOL)
Anyway, I have decided to replicate the "Dear Jane" version that Mark, her boyfriend, sends her in the episode "Hunters".
The problem I am having is the only screen cap I can locate is one from the Trekcore site and it is very blurry, almost completely unreadable! I have tried to enhance the pic but still can not read it in it's entirety!
I would be very grateful if anyone here could give me any information on where I might be able to find a clearer picture of the front of this PADD!

With the help of my brother and wife we FINALLY came up with plausible text for the Voyager PADD! Here is what we came up with incase you're interested...

WORK ARE STILL CRAZY, THE PRODUCTION SCHEDULE NEVER SEEMS TO
