Actually, those cards were released as a tie in Tarot deck. I'm sure if you looked you could find them.
The cards are still available, as "The Tarot of the Witches" deck. The backs are different (no 007 repeated over and over) but the faces are the same.
The deck was released as "The James Bond Tarot" deck, and is still available on eBay and Amazon, once in a while. They weren't EXACTLY like those used in the movie... the backs of the cards in the move were red and the released deck was blue (or the other way around... i'm typing in a coffee shop right now and don't have easy access to the deck). Only the Major Arcana cards have obvious, different and interesting faces. The Minor Arcana (like 9 of cups, 3 of wands, etc.) just have simple pictures.
They were released in two versions - one was just the cards and the other was a boxed set called "The James Bond 007 Tarot Game", with a deck of cards, a layout sheet and a book explaining the meanings of the cards and history behind the deck.
There was a second deck used in Live and Let Die as well - and it is still available and very popular. The Ryder/Waite deck can be found in most places that sell tarot cards. The Queen of Cups from the Ryder/Waite deck was the one used to signal James Bond about the "lying, deceitful woman".
The nice thing about this deck is that every card, Major and Minor Arcana are a full painting. Usually the 3 of Wands, for example, would have 3 wands printed on the deck... not a whole lot different than a set of playing cards. The Ryder/Waite deck has something like a person in a boat struggling with 3 wands or whatever (again, I don't have the deck in front of me.)
Hope this helps.
