Jake and the neverland pirates

I was watching this show with my niece and I thought it would be fun to make Jakes costume in a "real life" application if that makes sense. one thing i was wondering though is if anybody has already made one of these costumes?

If you're looking for ideas you can search on google images, there's a few pictures of some Jake costumes there. I guess Disney sells them too if you're interested.
