Here's the scabbard. I'm really happy with it... even made it a little longer so you can add that extra little bend in the tip:

Some confirmation of details:

The blade will be carbon steel with a full tang. All other points are being rectified and we should have a new sample ready within a week or two.

All that's left now is a little tweak on the blade shape and we'll be ready for production!

The final tweaks are minor, so production should start really soon. Not sure until the full run is finished, but it won't be long now...

We're probably going to do this in two runs of 50, one immediately after the other. I'm hoping the final prototype will be done by next week, the first run done soon after, then the final run finished within another two to three weeks. Once these start shipping, the transit time should only be about a week.
