Is there a way to make custom lenses?

Is there a way to make large dark custom lenses for a bio helmet? Is there an easier way to get big lenses the kind I'm looking for is for P1 or AVP Scar type? And I'm trying to find just the lenses not sunglasses as they can be expensive when there bigger then normal. Does anyone have any Ideas?

These are great Usurper! Thank you man! I looked on my eBay and didn't find anything the UK eBay shows different items I guess.
Have you used these before? And if I need to give them a curve how do I do that, or do they just bend in place?

You can also try bike helmet visors + heat gun. you have to make a shape that the heated plastic visor can rest on and take form after it has gotten soft. then mold the shape u want.

Safety shields come in tinted run $3.00 and up
