Is anyone out there making a BB8 replica like this?

Just curious. I experimented with a 50% size, looks like a pretty intriguing build.
Seems a bit simpler than many other droid builds. As long as your 3d printer is large enough to print the parts.

James (the dude in the pic above) also offers all of his 3d files for free and they are available from his site. Just search XRobots on Youtube and you'll find all you could want to watch . I love watching his videos.

a I agree James design is far better, but there is another option, and the other one has files broken down to sizes that most 3d printers can handle.
