Thanks... I will change the sound though... I mistakenly used the repulsor blast sound instead of the unibeam blast...:unsure

Thanks... trust me, you dont have any idea how hard it is for me too...... it is all hand crafted (not as easy as 3D printing it...:D)

that is 100% Badass

Strong work!

Thanks cannibal...:):thumbsup

Re: Ironman UNIBEAM (aiming 99% movie accuracy) - SOUND EFFECTS ON!!!

Another small updates

I just realized that I mistakenly used the repulsor blast sound effects... and so I watched the movie again and got the correct unibeam blast sound this time...

You may check it out here:
Youtube - UNIBEAM TEST PHASE2.1 (Sound Effects Corrected)

I like the repulsor blast sound better but I need to be true to our target movie accuracy... :love:thumbsup

Also I already cut the black casing, so its much shorter now...

UPDATES... SOUND EFFECTS ON!!!

So finally, the sound module arrived (bought by my younger brother)...:)

The unibeam wirings are ready to be hooked up to the sound module so I just connect it right away...:thumbsup

The blasting sounds is the one triggering the blasting lights (not the other way around)... as you can see on below vid:
Youtube - UNIBEAM TEST PHASE2 (SOUND EFFECTS)
Very sorry about the poor video quality... I just used my mobile phone to record it... but the sounds you can hear clearly...:D

Still need to refine the blasting sound and I'll be tweaking the lights a bit more...;)... getting nearer to its final stage...(y)thumbsup

Comments and suggestions are highly appreciated

Oh by the way... I was just given permission by Davy to post the photo of his gorgeous ironman chest :love which I photo-edit just to show how it may look with the Unibeam on...:D:thumbsup

Perfect matched...:):thumbsup (Click the above photo to see Davy's build thread)

Thanks for watching everyone...

cheers!

That chest and unibeam together is making me want to throw all the foam in the ocean! damn I got to get into the pepping plaster or pepplaster and quick cast.....I lower my hat and say well done sir well done!

Re: Ironman UNIBEAM (aiming 99% movie accuracy) - FINALLY COMPLETE!!!

Finally... our unibeam is complete...:):thumbsup

I have finished the mounting of electronics and harnessing of wires...:thumbsup

Our unibeam is powered by 3xAA battery (total=4.5V) in a battery case with built-in on/off switch...

The battery case has a 1m long wire so you can strategically position it in the suit where in you can easily access it if you need to change the batteries...:thumbsup

Also the push button switch that activates the Unibeam blast (lights and sound) has a 1m long wire too... to be strategically positioned in the suit where in you can push it easily to deliver a blast...:thumbsup

Here you can watch how it works: Youtube - pRoJectEarth7 Unibeam Final Test

Oh no... dont throw your foam suit... we're doing a foam suit too and will be making it comparable to fiberglass quality (at least that's our target...:D:thumbsup)...

Thanks for appreciating our work bro... cheers!
