IronMan Mk1 build for 4 year old

Our 4 year old son really wanted to be Ironman MK1 this Halloween.

(he loves old junky/rusty/dirty things for some reason.....

It was a 4 week build starting in mid September.

Most of the build was trash bins (polypro) welded together using a cheap harbor freight plastic welding tool.

Base of the helmet was a costume army helmet that was cut into 3 pieces, then welded on strips of trash bins.

I need to take some picts of the engine in the back...

Finally made a trip to the Bronson Caves yesterday.

Should fit next year, so I can complete the legs....

That's super cool! My son is three. I pepped a Mk42 helmet him and ever since then he asks where the rest of it is. So here I am, currently scaling Helagak's 42 suit for a full build.
