Pepakura has its own Silhouette program for cutting files. You do it straight from the program.
1. Print the pages out using a regular printer.
2. Load each of them individually into the Silhouette. (Take note of the registration marks)
3. Cut straight from the program.

It is really that simple once you figure everything out.

This isn't a very detailed explanation but there are more in depth run throughs out there.

Thanks for the info it really helps, I've been thinking of buying a Silhouette but I wasn't sure if it could be used on my Pepakura projects. Now that I know I can go to amazon when I get the cash

I had bought mine a few months ago on an eBay sale and then by chance I discovered pepakura. It's been amazing not having to sit there for hours with a blade... Best of luck on your upcoming projects!
