Ironman mark VII how to?

any help with this would be greatly appreciated..

Looking for a step by step guide to making an Ironman mark VII costume (1st time maker)..

Any help would be great ,i found the templates in the forum but need to see how to assemble step by step..

I'm afraid you won't find a step by step guide, my friend. The best I could offer is a thread with some excellent foam building tips...

... and tell you that you can apply the techniques in there to all the pieces of your armor. I recommend starting with the chest and building out from there.

If you're looking to do a hard paper/fiberglass build, then you can look through many other build threads to see how others started and gather tips from those.
