ironman helmet out of composite board

Hi not been able to find answers to this but will delete thread if someone points me in the right direction . I've wanted to make a ironman movie helmet and have done projects out of pekura and paper in past but wanted to speed things up this time . I have some 4mm think aluminium composite sheets at work and a friend who runs a CNC router and was wondering if there are any plans out there that I could run on a CNC on the flat sheets that I could then bend and glue together and have a solid helmet that I can then just fill and sand

Hi there,

There aren't any that are tailor made to cut out on a CNC, but you can use the foam unfolds (jfcustom) and export those via Pepakura Designer into a DXF, which can then be used on the router!
