Is there a tutorial about the sealing and painting of these foam suits I can take a look at? The cost isnt an issue but I would hate to get it home and not have the skill to finish it properly. Also does the design lend to the electronic chest inserts I see on this and other sites? Thanks for the info.

does the 500 include the helmet?
what kindof foam are they made from? craft foam? foam mats?
can u make the war machine armor with a woman measurements?
does war machine armor include the guns ?
