Iron MK I Helmet progress

I'm a long time lurker who's finally starting to finish a few projects and have something to share with the group.

Currently none of my work is as polished and perfect as a most of what I've seen here. But with each newpiece finished I'm learning.

the helmet was made from cardboard and spackling paste.

Fantastic! I love the Mark I! I've been wanting to make one of these since the movie came out. Any chance you might build the rest of the suit? :love

My only suggestion would be to weather and bang it up a little, maybe some welding oxidation if you wanted it more accurate. Other than that its perfect!

love this helmet hard to believe it's made of cardboard
but the one thing that always amazes me when i watch the film is no one ever manages to get a bullet through that really big eye hole :lol
