Hello!

New user here, sorry if I am a noob to others :)

I was just asking about peoples opinions on what I should do to create it....I've got all the templates and pepakura files, but I do not know what to use!

Resin and Fiberglass?

Foam?

I'm not really a big fan of so much detail, but I would like some....and also, I like it to be really durable. I also like that nice glossy paint finish!

I am really going to put the time and money into this! So.....cost does not matter!

Please post what you chose to use or what you would do!

1. Foam or Fiberglass
2. List of supplies

Thanks!

- Will

P.S - Sorry if in wrong section!

if your wanting detail, durability, and a nice shine on the paint, then you are probs better off going the Cardstock pepakura/fiberglass/bondo method. although this way takes a hell of a long time to make, you get it a lot more accurate.
Foam is faster and easier, but unless you either plastic coat it, or make molds of the suit to pull resin pieces then clean that up, your not gonna get that shine you desire. Yes there is lots of nice foam suits out there, that have been painted, but to me, they are still just painted foam

I am at work at the moment so dont have the time to list everything you will need but there are lots of threads on both methods, so take a look then decide what you want :)
