Iron Man Suit How-To?

Hey Guys, I would love to make an Iron Man Suit or even just a mask, but I don't know how. Do you guys have any useful tips, websites/links, and pictures? Thanks in advance.

Hey Guys I think i'm doing this thing I call Iron Trooper (Its kind of a mix of a Stormtrooper and Iron Man). I'm going to do Jimmy DiResta's Styrofoam Storm Trooper Helmet, with a body of an Iron man,

with that around my legs and arms. I still need something for my chest and back plate though. I might do a tutorial if it turns out well.
