Iron man out of plastic ?s

Hello,

I'm doing a iron man out of plastic and I'm going to free hand it does anyone have any advice or pics that can help me out.i need some ?s answerd on how should I get my measurements and what to use to cut the plastic and how to heat it up and score it and how to draw the parts out.if anyone could help me out that would be great.
