Iron man Mk VI build

Hey guys I am starting a build thread. I plan to make a iron man Mk VI suit and I have barely started using the pep method but I have found it is a little to time consuming so I was wondering if you guys would recommend foam or should I stick with the pep method?

I tried the pep method originally but it took so long with all the hardening and bondo work required so i'm now trying out the foam method, might use xrobots method to plastic coat the foam so its like a pepped resin one

What method did you use for the other suits you already sold to friends?

One other thing worth considering, I bought a craftrobo off ebay to help with the pep work i was doing. OMG that thing is a god send! Reduced pep build time massively so if you'll be doing a lot of pep, might be worth considering

I have a silhouette cameo and I just have trouble getting it to cut 100% correct. I think I will use it when I get started tomorrow

To be honest, my posts to involving "cool" we're just to get me to the requirement so that I could start this thread. I think I will keep working on my first suit today as it seems there is a lot of interest. When I said I would start a run, I would do one suit at a time and only request payment when I am sure the work can be completed. Please keep up the comments as I will be posting pics of parts as soon as I finish them. Any ideas on which suit will be your favorite to have built? I need to know so I can get started
