Iron Man Mark 7 - Helmet Build

Ok....so here are a few pics of my Helmet build.

Using:

Thin foam roll from Micheal's
Hot glue
Mod Podge - Protecting foam from smooth cast 65d
Smooth cast 65D
Smooth cast 325 - added hardening
Ever-coat Rage Gold - fill holes
Primer - fill holes

Lots of sanding.

I added a wire frame using coat hangers for added stability.
