I think that Iron Man is the only other suit-up I want next to my Vader.

So lets see. We just passed the holidays. Toronto had a ice storm that blacked out over 300,000 and still you whipped this all together. Stealth you're still sick are'nt you lol awesome work man...GM

I don't coat foam in Resin. If you listen carefully. That's for Master parts for molding.
He's wearing casts not the foam parts covered in Resin. I think many people miss that aspect in what he's doing.
Also, foam is soft. you're spending money taking something soft just to strengthen it?

I'll stick with cardboard. It's basically free and already rigid.

I agree with Stealth, the cardboard is already rigid, does not require fiberglass, only need to impregnate with resin to keep it moist, allows you to get a good quality of detail and above all it is free.

lol i dont think he misunderstood.. xrobots does have a complete rigid suit from his foam master but he also came up with a coating method of the foam using smooth on 65d ;)

Trying to get my own suit going. How do you make this stuff with cardboard? Do you trace pep files onto it, then cut it out? I have lots of cardboard available to me, but dont know how to get started
