Iron Man helmet too small

Just finished my first Iron Man pep. I needed a break from the hylian shield that is in bondo stage right now. But I realized pretty early into the helmet that it would be too small. I didn't scale the helmet at all, and being 6'8" tall, it's no big suprise that it doesn't fit. I think I will resin it inside and out, then prime and paint it and have my 3 year old girl wear it and help me hand out candy to trick or treaters this year. Might need some serious padding on the inside to make it fit her. :)

This was the mark 2 helmet downloaded from the printable armory. I like this version a lot, not sure if my redo will be the same or if I'll use the Sharkmark 6. Thanks to those of you with the ability, know-how, and generosity to provide these for us. You guys rock!

Cool!

Don’t forget the gap between the front of the faceplate and chin should be closed prior to resin though!

you do know that that back part isnt supposed to be connected to the helmet with resin and fiberglass right? you should be connecting it with magnets, so you can put the helmet on. The piece im talking about is the one that lined up with 8" on the cutting board in the bottom picture, do some searches, a bunch of people have asked the same question.

Just remember the helmet is supposed to be snug tight to your face. In order to put it on the bottom back should be removable.

A lot of members make the mistake of making a huge helmet. It's not like a halo helmet.
