Iron Man Helmet - some questions from a newbie

hi all. I've been lurking on here for a while reading threads and doing research etc. I'm looking to create my own Iron Man replica helmet.

I've downloaded the pepakura files kindly posted by Finhead (thanks!) and I have pepakura on my computer.

I'm not going to rush anything but I've got a couple of initial questions regarding the pepakura build process. Pepakura is not something I've done before.

1. In terms of putting the model together presumably it's just a case of cutting out all of the pieces and glueing the flaps together? How do you know which bit glues to what - are the flaps numbered?

2. On Finhead's Pepakura file for the helmet there are 17 sections - this might be a dumb question but I take it there's 1 section per sheet of A4 cardstock so 17 sheets in total to print?

3. My head is quite big - 24 inches around. What's the best way to find out if Finhead's pepakura file is the right size? Is there a way to scale?

thanks very much in advance!

Well since you talking about the files I hosted I'll tell ya what I know. :)
First not my files the Helmet is Dungbettles (best helmet out there IMO) The chest, back, neck and thighs are Dancin_Fools best out there IMO anything else is either from Carnage or Clarx files great stuff as well.

Yes match up the numbers glue the tab. :)
Not sure how many pages there are just print whatever in has.
You'll have to cut either the back bottom out or the chin to get it over your head after it's all together.
For scale it should be very close, mine fits my buddy 23.5" with no problem. If you want to scale it up a smig you have to use designer.
If you read through my thread you can see the helmet pieces as well as a small tut on how to start out on the pep stuff. :)
