How would i go about just 1 Iron Man arm / hand armour which could actually fit my arm, but still be able to move it and wear it somehow? Cheers from jordanb

Could just make it out of cardstock, cardboard or foam, find what pep files you think look the best and go from there
yep... Exactly. If you want to go the easy quick decent looking route do it in Foam. If you want something durable and more movie like then go the pepakura paper/resin/bondo/sanding till your fingers bleed route.
