Yeah, it looks like it's an under suit that he wears underneath the armor. There's probably a scene in the movie where he removes his armor to show that he's wearing that inside for a few moments.

It also looks like it's after he's seen some action since there are burn marks (blast marks?) in some places as well as a few places wear something has leaked, probably some oil or fluid of some kind from the armor I guess.

Anyone else having an issue with the proportions on that poster?

The size of his head just looks way wrong in proportion to the rest of the suit.

Meaning he has a huge head, or the armour is like 2mm thick, it just looks wrong!

I thought the exact same thing when I took a quick glance at the poster. :facepalm

Maybe because it's a much sleeker suit than the previous War Machine. But his head is still big in that suit, I agree !
