I know nothing of the Mandarins story from the comics but am I right in thinking his powers are more spectral/magical? It'll be interesting to see what all 10 rings can do, if anything lol
the interesting thing about mandarin is that his rings are supposed to be likened to magical effects, but the reality is they are technological artifacts from an ancient alien spaceship that produces these effects. and the glimpse from the trailer to me looks like they could be just that
It will be interesting how they represent him in the movie. Is he going to be a genius, mystical, crazy, terrorist?

Im saying Iron Partiot, but not based on paint scheme but th armor itself. Detroit Steel is a completely different type of armor than the Iron Patriot so if he IS Detroit Steel why is he wearing armor similar to Iron Man instead of a hulking beast mech suit?
I feel like if they went as far as including the mandarins rings then why not make a more suitable detroit steel styled armor if they love details that much?
