Iron man 3 Mk 8 in pepakura - A collaboration work

Left thigh is almost done.
Overall look is very promising. Sorry for dark picture.
Shin is v5, shoes is v3 (will not be used)

SHIFFERS?

ArmalieHamster gave me permission to share his work.
This is amazing result.
Kap koon klap, Armalie!

Oh no, another set back.
Just finished making a mock up arm using the tester file.
Bicep seem to be too short. Need to go back to drawing board.

The more I see this, the suit is really more like Mk5, it is a snug-fit. So it should be scaled correctly. The problem would be getting in and off. Need to think of something.

Oh well, at least I can do forearm and shoulder first.

nice, thank you Rav.
I am in process of making T shirt, too bad I can't use this.

Hulkbuster, have I send you PM? let me know if I haven't answered you back. It must have slipped under my radar

hopefully you further into the file and and can actually mirror image the other sides of the suit of the papercraft version. its easiern to jus cut them out than tracin the template over and transfer all those lines and bends. producin half of the suit is half ***** and lazy

I sure hope to hell you're kidding here dude. It's common practice to only print half the pieces for foam, that's the point, just flip the template and you're good. I don't know where you found the paper version, this is made for foam anyway...

Quoted for stupidity

It started of as 'Green version" of pepakura, so that we can save the usage of paper and save more trees, since we will need half of it, and the rest of the half is just simply flip the template.

It is not lazy. In fact, it requires "more" effort because I had to cut the model into two, and remove the other half outside the "active" area. I personally do not like this too, as I do more of "JFcustom" style. So what I did is to flip the template directly to create one whole piece, when I trace on the foam.

You asked before about paper version, I already explained to you that at this point, it is quite impossible to make it in paper. Maybe I did a lousy explanation, but I don't know any other way to explain it.
You have bought my upper torso file, if you had an idea how to do it in paper, let me know here, PM or email. I might be accommodate your idea and make it paper version.
