Iron Man 3 Glove

Hey there, newbie (Sorta, I hardly ever log in) here who has never really made anything before

I was just wondering if anybody has any tips and advice on how to make a glove like the one Robert Downey Jr. was wearing at San Diego Comic-Con last year? I'll probably paint the back the beige colour to make it more screen accurate.

The back of the hand is supposed to be red as shown. The hand plate that sits on top is the metallic champagne.

I just finished building a right and a left.

Painted them using harvest gold and flash red.


could have used a darker red.

The prop looks exactly like the one RDJ wore in the pictures you posted, but includes the champagne gold panels on the back of the hand.
