Not sure if an Anime prop counts for here or not but I haven't posted anything in ages so here goes...
My girlfriend is a huge fan of Inuyasha and was telling me about "The Beads of Subjugation" that the main character wears in the show. After watching a few episodes with her I figured I should make a set as a gag gift for her and this is what I came up with.
The beads I got from an online bead store. The claw/tooth that is in between I made out of sculpty and then painted to look old and weathered. I doubt these will even really be displayed anywhere but I'm hoping she get a kick out of them all the same. I had to take a little artistic license as I only found 12mm beads and the ones from the Anime look significantly larger than that.
