Short version is make a cast of your part in porous plaster to form a negative, place in machine to vacuum form with constant vacuum and a heat gun.
Do to dimensions and the cast making portion the overall size is a bit limited but I thought it was an interesting take on vacuum forming. The only thing that gives me pause is they never actually show the vacuum forming happening in their videos for some reason. Still, seemed interesting and thought some of you might like to take a look!
