A while back I made a very small run of Anakin and Obi-Wan Episode III stunt hilts, accurate resin-construction with accurate vacuum-metalized mirror finish, complete with blades. That was a run of about 10 units each, and they went fast. Since then, a LOT of folks have inquired about them, but I never made any more. Does anyone still want these? These are extremely high-accuracy models, designed using in-hand original props as reference, and are as accurate to the actual dueling hilts as you'll ever see. The actual construction is identical. In fact, you could take any individual component from these hilts, swap them in for an actual component from an Episode III prop, and everything would work properly.
Price of $800 plus shipping per hilt, or $1500 for a set (one of each). Each hilt comes with one custom-molded carbon fiber blade, assembled with pushrod just like the originals, then custom painted and heat-shrunk (Green for Obi, Red for Anakin). Plus a custom bolt which replaces the blade if you wish to display the hilt on its own.
Run would work as follows: I'd take a 50% deposit up front, with delivery in 6-8 weeks. Right now this is just an interest thread, but please only reply if you're definitely on board. If we get at least 10 of each type interested, I'll call it a go.

Here are some images from the previous run. There may be some minor changes with this new run, I've updated the files a bit since then, the blades are slightly different from the image (smaller diameter, custom-made carbon, more accurate), etc. But overall these images are roughly representative of what the finished and delivered hilts look like. The Obi-Wan would just be this single design (last time I had a more complex modular system).
