This is so amazing. I'm going to try this out, starting tonight. My foam mats arrived today. I'm totally new to crafting with foam so this could go quite wrong, but without mistakes we can't learn! I have two months before I need to wear it so hopefully it'll be done by then. First noob question - how do you put it all on once it's made? Are there fastenings or velcro or something? I couldn't see anything like that in the pics!

I am quite late to this party, but I have found all of this information most helpful. Thank you all. Thank you, JFCustom, for the pepa files (for Thor and Loki helms too), tips & tricks, and advice. Although I have done helms and some body pieces here and there over the years, I have never ventured into something this intensive. As a working mom of three, it took me far longer than 5 days to build, but my son was super happy about it. He couldn't find his red pants and for some reason the helm bumped out to look more storm trooper shaped then Ironman, but all in all, it was great stuff. Thanks again!
