I was digging around my footlocker and came across one of my "leaders" notebooks. Except for the NSN and Federal Supply Service on the cover, I have always thought this would be a great stand in for the Tanis notebook from Raiders.
I already had red fabric as a left over from my Ultimates Captain America jacket and a can of spray glue handy.

After quickly cutting the fabric and spraying the glue.

The hardest part was mixing some acrylic paint to match the lime-ish avocado to cover the lettering on the cover.
I know the new notebooks are paper covers and not canvas but hopefully there are still some of the older ones floating about.
Now just need the wooden pencil and a rubber band.
