I'm not sure if this has been covered before with Noble, but I know Sideshow has been addressed, but they have yet to offer any news if they're going to offer prop replicas.
Well, I was curious as to who was going to be offering Indiana Jones prop replicas after the movie came out. So, I contacted Noble collection to see what they had to say and here it is!

Me:
Hello,
Will you be offering any Indiana Jones prop replicas in the near future?
Thanks,
Brenton

Noble Collection:
Thank you for your e-mail. Yes we have for now just two items, Indiana Jones Leather Bullwhip and Indiana Jones Machete, we are planning to have more items in the future, Please watch our website for any up and coming products as this is where you will see them first. Thank you for your interest in our products. Thank you and have a great day.

Me:
Thank you for your response! Do you plan on having any prop replicas from the previous Indiana Jones films, such as the Gold Fertility Idol from the first film?

Thanks,
Brenton

I know they don't say exactly what will be available, but it shows that something is coming, and Noble seems to always have some quality stuff offered in other materials besides resin, such as metal and glass!:cool:thumbsup

Hmmm....I hope they have more items coming because needless to say the Bullwhips are not hard to get if one has the cash and the Machete does not scream indy to me

I like the whip, but I hope they do an idol or the headpiece. Either way, I sure hope some of these prices come DOWN. LOL

I am going broke on three different prop projects! LOL All that and I STILL don't have a good Pulse Rifle!

My wife says I should stop collecting everything I like and stick to ONE thing. ONLY Star Trek, or ONLY Blade, or ONLY Indy, or ONLY Hellboy.

What fun is that? haha

Anyway, Noble did an "okay" version of the one ring. Lets hope their replicas are awesome!

The machete/sword, is nice, but the whip is a 4plait and pretty inaccurate as well...:unsure
Let's hope they could make something nicer... Hopefully with a better price!:D

I think if they're going to offer a whip and a machete, which are two obscure props that are hard to offer to the public at a reasonable price, I have a big feeling their going to be offering a huge line of the artifacts from the IJ franchise!:love

I hope so!

True about the whip only being 4 pleats. The movie version is 12 pleats which makes it much more powerful when cracking. I guess if it is just going to hand up on the wall it is OK. Still not SA though as the gearheads would say!!!!

Glad to see an official word that someone received the prop license.

Hopefully we'll get an idol out of this and hopefully it will be of decent quality.

That whip is all kinds of fail. It's not a 12-plait, and at only $200, not kangaroo either. They say it's functional, but I doubt it would last very long being cracked. Looks to just be a wall hanger like their swords, and not a very good one at that.

I'm not an Indy expert at all, but am considering the bullwhip.

Is that whip a good deal at $200? I'd probably never drop the money on a Morgan one.

Do you guys think this is a decent alternative, or is there a better option for $200?

Todds costumes has a $200 whip that looks great. It is 12 plait and from what I heard, cracks really good.

Purewhips.com has some great deals for under $200.

Considering the alternatives out there, Noble's is not a good deal. I think it looks good but only because it was photographed well. It is only 4 plait. When you can buy a screen accurate 12 plait for $200 or under, there is just no comparison.

What do you want the whip for? Are you going to crack it or just use it for display?

Imo, the Noble whip blows, not accurate and would not hold up to any use

I second the Purewhips whip, I've bought a great whip from Gus for $150 shipped!

The noble's one is (please let me say it) pure crap! The only decent thing is the wall hanger, but I don't think it's whort $200...:unsure

From what I've read, that kyber bowie was not really what the machete looked like. They had added the eagle and other designs to it to make it marketable.
According to the hardcore Indy fans on COW, the Noble's machete is more accurate.
the noble one doesnt look fantastically accurate either...and not worth 150 more than the ebay special...
