inception and lucid dreaming

Another inception related dream element i've experienced is the influence of the physical world while dreaming. (Spoiler) When loud noises or extra movement occured i'm the teams previous dream or physical world, the would feel or hear it in their current dream. One easy example of this is when my alarm clock becomes audible in my dream several seconds before waking me.

Good example but this can also be done by just apply or imprinting an idea in their head when they are dreaming. Not like the movie, but if a person is awake and starts telling a story to a person asleep, there have been cases where the persons dreams will be affected by the story.

I don't understand if you are saying my example is inaccurate or you're simply adding new examples

You amaze me. :rolleyes

People genuinely experience things, in THEIR DREAMS, in their sleeping state, have real experiences and you call them suckers. :thumbsdown

I had a good experience the other night. I was dreaming I was nailing a couple of hot chicks from my past. Man it was great...I really had a Genuine experience during and after I woke up. ..but then I realized I was at home with my wife and kids.and I was down again :)

I don't know if you would call it a lucid dream or not, but I have had exactly ONE dream in my life where I knew it was a dream and could control it. It was years and years ago and I dreamed I was on a radio tower that was falling and the fear or the eventual "sudden stop" was terrifying. It was so upsetting I woke up or partially woke up, but immediately fell back asleep and the same dream started again. But for whatever reason, this time I realized it was a dream and told myself "this is a dream and it won't hurt when I hit the ground." The tower fell. I was terrified during the fall... but when I hit the ground it didn't hurt.

I have never had any dream like it before or sinse and have never been able to have any control over my dreams except that one time. It was very weird but very empowering as well because it was a feeling of euphoria when I realized I had control over pain... even if only in my dream.

Well, a few years back I used to have a dream over and over again. I knew it was a dream but was convinced it wasn't every time.

I'd be walking up stairs to a pristine white amphitheater with nothing in it but a card slot at the end. I would walk up to the slot then people in uniform (pilots I think, not so sure anymore) start appearing beside me saying "Insert the card" with their voices echoing. Then it would instantly change scenes to a jungle or forest and I'd start running as if I was afraid of something and kept looking behind me to check for something. Eventually, I'd stop running in front of a wooden crate with a monkey or something on it. It would start screaming and I'd wake up.

I don't remember much of it(Might be the combination of late nights, red bull and games). I'd also know I was in a dream and try to change what I was doing to change the outcome of the dream but It always seemed to act out the same way.

I had this very lucid dream in which I eat a giant marshmallow, and when I woke up, my pillow was gone.
