Imperial Probe Droid Dimensions

Hi everybody,

I would like to make an 1/6 "Imerial Probe Droid" from scratch and I don`t know its dimensions.

Does anyone know? Maybe at least in width?

Based on my research the life size one made for norway was around 7 feet tall.
If you go on starwars.com and look for the empire chronicles: probe droid you can find pics of it with people standing right by it.

This is a long shot.

Does anyone remember the lifesize one that was for sale on EBAY 8 years ago or so.

It actually wasn't that much and it looked great. I figured it would pop up somewhere, but I've never seen it. I should have got it.
