Imperial Gunner Helmets

So I've been looking around for information about these helmets and seen tutorials on assembling kits, but I have not found anyone distributing these kits. Does any one have and info on who to contact about these helmets. Or any info on these in general would be great.

Half of the helmet is the same as the Rebel Fleet Trooper helmet, so you could start by asking people who make that helmet.

MonCal (same guy as Mansugi/Mr Bojangles?) has said that he is going to offer them eventually.
