Another week to go and Imagicon 4.0 is coming!
We have...
... panels about strong women, reboots & remakes, Doctor Who, SF in the Netherlands and what this link is between Fantasy and history.
... lectures about Cosplay (make-up, photography, boudoir), Dungeons & Dragons, music inspired by Lord of the Rings and how to get from fanfic stories to serious publication!
... workshops about drawing monsters, telling stories and the roleplay part of Costume Roleplay.
... game demonstrations about exploding kittens and games that'll give you a chance to crush your opponents... or play together to crush the game!
... two (!) Contests: the Galaxy Masquerade, for phenomenal cosplays and acts, and the Imagicon Short Film Awards, for all those beautiful short films produced on Dutch (or Flemish) soil!
... a Cosplay Dating Show for everyone from superhero to videogame villain, an auction for charity (Cliniclowns) and a lottery with great prizes.
In addition, there is an (almost) continuous program in the cinema room with short films in all genres of Imagicon: horror, fantasy, SF and even animation!
There is a trading floor with all sorts of stands, ranging from gadgets to real mead (for the Vikings among us!) and you can appreciate genre-inspired art.
And, last but not least, information about the new fantasy film ReKindle, with costumes from the film and yes, also a few actors, who'll come to tell about their project!
