Question If someone blocks you, where does a PM sent to them go? (answered)

I always thought we had an Ignore list feature. Don't we? If you put someone on your ignore list, will you still get their PMs?

That's what we are trying to figure out. I put JQ on my ignore list and he said he sent me a PM, and I have not received it.

Montagar says it's a disable all or disable all but contacts and you would get t a message that the member has disabled PMs or not enable PMs or something.....???

We're still experimenting....

Well that is interesting, I was approaching this question strictly from a pm standpoint and did think about having someone on ignore blocking private messages as well as posts (I guess that makes sense though). But it does seem strange that your message will show in the "Sent Items" folder, and yet you receive no message regarding it not being delivered. I will look into this further.

Yeah, I think the system should inform you if your PM isn't deliverable.
I mean, you could be cryin' and explainin' and beggin' for forgiveness
and it's not even going through to the addressee, then you think you're
just being ignored and really get all PO'd........Maybe that is why some
conflicts go unresolved.....Somebody didn't get the "I'm Sorry" PM : )
