Idea For Budget Top Skin

I have been brainstorming and was thinking about doing a top skin.

I thought about getting a long sleeve underarmor white spandex like top. Then lining the inside with a very light foam to give it a stiffness. Then sewing/attaching muscles on the outside and airbrushing. To me it seems like it would work, just need to try it.

Thoughts?

I figured it had been done before, just havent seen much of it on here i suppose. I am sure there are some old theads, but my searching turned up nothing. I want to have a decent suit done by halloween. Or the next big convention.
