Question I thought the Paper Props was blocked to non-members? (answered)

I was just reading it the paper props section the following post:

"Hi, it is my first comment on this forum. I am following it several months and I am amazed about the ideas, information and collaboration between all members.

I am working on Abner journal and, checking different posts, I have seen an insert which consists in a document with a great "exit francais" sentence in red colour. I assume that it is a visa or similar. Any idea?

The poster's membership date is July 2013 and they have one post. If their comment is true, then I wonder how they have been following the thread? I thought that access was only granted to members with a certain number of post and days membership. Am I mistaken?

The paper props section can only be viewed by members. If you are not logged in, the paper props forum is not even listed.

However, once you are a member, you have access to the paper props forum as there are no other requirements.
