Well... it turns out not having a vacuumform table is making this project much more difficult than I had hoped for...

Is there anyone open to helping me knock this one out?

I need to make this half shell face piece:

If it can wrap over the head like this then I am cool with that too, but I am not looking for miracles here. (She is spelled differently and in another state, I KNOW where to find her. Dif spelling too)

Please let me know if you are able to help me with this in the next 2 1/2 weeks.
Thank you

Well, if you're looking to make the more "helmet" looking version, you could try looking for a tall tupperware container that would be big enough to fitt over your head. You'd have to cut most of it away but it could probably be made to work. A modified ROBOCOP helmet kit could work too if you wasnt to spend the money.

I am looking for a thinner type, like a vacuumform using styrene or something similar.. but not a bad idea? Where do I get one of those?

have you check with Xtreme? Their generic cowl could be modified.

No.. but I was hoping for a hard shell, not a soft one. But I will ask. Thanks.

Get a Robocop helmet and modify that.

There's fiberglass ones and a vinyl kit version on ebay from time to time.

There's always the leather option. Like Ben Asscrack's Daredevil.

Thanks for the suggestions folks. The only problem is that I sold pretty much ALL of my tools and supplies before I moved out to Los Angeles, and now I am starting from scratch. So I am relying on the good graces of others to help me out. I'll let you know what comes of this.

Thanks again

Damian
