I need basic bio measurements

I want to sculpt a bio. I've sculptd many horror heads for a couple different collectors and websites such Death Studios, HMA and my own company but never a bio. I have had several different bios over the years but sadly without one now to get any measurements from.
I know several use an existing bio as a base for sculpting over but i would like to start from scratch and see what happens. So if i could get like basic measurements from say a P1 i would use that as my base/armature starting point. I think i'm gonna use chavant for this sculpt as its sulfur free.
