I need advice on a Vader Reveal lower mask for my Anakin Bust

I have a resin Sabastien Shaw/Anakin bust. I just finished painting and ordered glass eyes.(32mm I hope they fit).

I also ordered the airflow neckbrace(large, I hope it fits).

Now I need the mask lower jaw. I think the head is an illusive concepts re-cast due to the wrinkled forehead. I think it is a bit oversized. I would like to make a reveal out of the Rubies Supreme.

Does anyone have any idea if it will fit or know where I can get an unfinished lower jaw that is large in size?

Err... Vadermonkey has a stunt version of the ESB helmet... not sure how that would fit with your RotJ reveal lower jaw needs.

I changed the title, I think the word jaw is decieving for what I am looking for.

Yes, you are looking for the lower part of the facemask, right!? The piece seen when Luke pulls of the dome and face!?

Vadermonkey does, afaik, not offer such a piece.

Natty15 had a reveal kit... had one or two for sale on my forum - unsure whether they sold... but that's full reveal kits... don't think they'd be interested in splitting it up for what you need.

Or... are you looking for the inside parts?

Correct I am looking for the part connected to the neck brace when the mask and dome are removed.

However the real question is there one large enough to fit the bust I have or is the Rubies oversized enough that I can use that as a base?

Ah... yes... then I was talking about the correct part all along.

The Rubies Supreme should be big enough... though... can honestly not say for sure, as I've never attempted a reveal. One good thing about the Supreme... you can always heat the plastic a bit and then pull it out to fit - it's not stiff and rigid like fiberglass.

I tried to put my VM ANH on him and it didn't fit. Ofcourse it is fiberglass like you said. Is the Rubies larger do you know?
 
Well... no, I don't really know... but the plastic is workable. However... I do think you need to trim the various pieces to make them fit together, though... if you don't wanna "ruin" the Sebastian Shaw bust... then you should probably not try this...


By "ruin" in this instance I'm talking about irreversible trimming that cuts into the surface of the bust to make it fit.
 
I definetally don't want to cut into the bust, but I don't see any reason why I can build a lower mask/neckbrace that fits around the bust. The illusive concepts had one. So did Sabastien Shaw for that matter.

To be fair... a human isn't solid as a bust is... though, if this really IS a cast off the Illusive Concepts one, then it should be possible to get it to work.
 
I decided to cut apart a Rubies Supreme, Which I have done. I am gathering/making the pieces to fill it out. Not sure what I am going to do with the upper half yet.

They are not very good, i supose i should take new ones. Let me know if you want to see some better pics.
