I installed speakers in my stormtrooper ATA helmet

Hi guys,
I received my ATA TK helmet. I decided to install speakers in the aerators.

- I cut the aerator in 2 parts. I dug part 2 and a hole for the cable in the part 1.


- In the part 1, I dug a hole the diameter of the speaker. I leave exceed a thickness of speaker

- I soldered the cables to the speakers

- I installed the speaker in the speaker in the 1

I glued the part 2 on the part 1. I used Epoxy only the outside parts, not on the speaker.


I removed the excess glue for keep the relief of the aerator with a dremel.

I have cleaned the glue residues

- I secure the connectors with hot glue.

- I used double adhesive tape

-i put the aerators.

- I painted black

Great job! What speakers did you use for that?

I used these speakers.
I used the same speakers with my FX helmet. It was perfect.
