I cant find any plastic buckles like what backpacks and life-jackets use....

Does anyone know where I can find those plastic buckles I have looked in every Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon and I cant seem to find any other than online does anyone know a hardware store or anything that carries them??
 
Fastex clips/buckles?

Amazon does sell them also many sporting goods,military surplus shops and fabric stores.
Different places sell different makes, sizes and colors.

If you want military grade then ITW Nexus.

any search for "side release clips" will bring up what I think you want :)

I had trouble finding them at first. Amazon sellers do packs of 1-100 depends how many you require XD
