From around the same area of space as the Yautja is a planet of humans who for thousands of years have been subject to hunting by Yautja. Only these days they have evolved into highly skilled killers. It is thought that they have successfully killed not only Yautja but other beasts or humans that they deem a threat or a prize worthy of risking there lives. They steal weapons, technology and even take the hearts of there kill’s, they believe that to eat the heart of your kill you will take there strengths into your self, and in some cases it works. This act will work on Yautja especially well. A human who eats the heart of a Yautja will increase in strength, will live up to double his life, will heal faster much faster movement and reflexes. However, this is accompanied by a very short temper. It’s common of those who undertake this ritual to be the new leader of the group they work with. If the whole group has done this then it works like it normally dose and that’s by how savage and skilled you are.
About 1000 years ago this race of people decided they were sick of being hunted and had the crazy Idea to attack the Yautja in a surprise mass assault. They threw everything they had learned into the mix, massive monstrous beasts, cave trolls, attack dogs. A few hundred of the elite humans who had killed Yautja had there tech including there plasma weapons, cloaks and armour. The battle was savage and lasted for 7 days before they were driven back by elite Yautja warriors. Had it not been for the impatience, lack of leadership and skill they could have won. That said they did considerable damage to the Yautja and since then, there had been an unofficial peace between the two. For several hundred years the Yautja saw them as equals in battle until one day on a trade deal, a noble Yautja was killed by an old member of the old war. He saw his brothers head ripped from his body by a Yautja in battle. He secretly never agreed to the so called peace between the two world’s and later found out that the Yautja who was coming to trade was in fact the very one who killed his brother. He shot him in the back of the head with a shotgun, no way for a noble warrior to die. This ended the little agreement the two races had and ever since have been bitter enemies, the dispute should have been carried out correctly.
These guys have access to most of the technology of the Yautja cloaks plasma weapons and net guns spears smart disk though it won’t work quite as well as the Yautja tech because they don’t fully know how it works and they have backward engineered it to be able to fix it up when it fails. They attempted to do the same with the mines but they could not program the mines to not blow when they got close but would let the Yautja past. But of course they have designed there own weapons too, various projectiles quite similar to ones found on earth. The ones who have eaten Yautja hearts are nearly the strength of a young blood when they eat it they become more ferocious and higher initiative, more skilled with weaponry, faster to heal toughness increases as does strength, more attacking capability’s. The standard marines are not to be taken as weak ether, they are very skilled fighters also. Legends told of Yautja taking humans into there tribes to join there hunt, some aspired to this some did not. Though that has only happened maybe three times since the ‘agreement’ ended.
this idea comes to me from reading the comics and in integration of alien story, the company, mother and the Utani story. have any of you got any ideas that would make this idea better? im not the best writer of the bunch
