Ok guys, Amazing Spider-man 2 is just around the corner and I thought it's about time I upgrade my Amazing Spider-man 2 suit by building my own Dye Sub pattern other than using Orhardar's TASM2. Btw, his pattern is still one of the best ASM2 patterns that is widely used including me. It has a bit of inconsistencies in some webbing areas though so I thought It's about time I invest some hours into building a new and improved screen-accurate pattern myself. I had a Friend who recently sent me quite a hefty bunch of reference photos, and some Vector guides of the webbings used in the movie. I really don't want to delve into the details how he got it, but I'm quite astonished at how the actual movie suit pattern was built. I decided to give it a go and recreate the whole suit from scratch using all those guides.
I started making the mask in Adobe Illustrator . So I gathered as much pics as I can to have a good reference for the webbings. I had a friend source this reference photos for my build.

So here's what Iv'e come up with

I tried testing it on a small scale and all the webs fit quite perfectly

I tried to design a brick pattern that closely resembles that of the ones Ive seen in the closeup shots.

So here it is rendered with the webbing and brick pattern

so that's all for now. Will post more as my progress goes for the other parts and tell me what you guys think.
