Beautiful job, agree on the skin! I think the beard and hair need more of a grey wash to them though as Guiness' had a greyish mix (unless your flash washed it out).

The face is FANTASTIC and the eyes are the best I've seen yet in your busts.
I agree on the hair - a little too white. Add some grey washes, and maybe even a tad of sandy blonde (as noticeable in the SW DVDs).

It's the flash...I did add a grey wash yesterday to it. It's just so darn hard to photograph anything white.
