how to achieve faux rainbow chrome reflective color shift, titanium coating finish?

last year silver chrome and color chrome nails went viral. this was achieved simply by rubbing special fine powder onto tacky surfaces. i know that molotow liquid chrome pens may be able to achieve the silver reflective chrome look. are there any pens or spray paints that can be used to achive the color chrome effect and REFLECTIVE EFFECT at the same time? thanks
